Your Role: In Service of Guest Comfort

As a Room Attendant (m/f/d) or Cleaner (m/f/d), you play a key role in ensuring our guests' comfort. Your efforts directly contribute to their well-being.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Refreshing stay-over rooms: You clean the rooms during guests’ stays, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere and maintaining the rooms in excellent condition.
  • Cleaning Public Areas: You support in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, contributing to the hotel's overall pristine appearance.
  • Teamwork: You communicate closely with the housekeeping manager or facility management to coordinate workflows and report any necessary repairs or issues.
  • Guest Interaction: You respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring their needs are met.

Your Profile:

Your attention to detail and sense of order, combined with an open and team-oriented attitude, make you a valuable addition to our team.

What we also look for:

  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial. You understand that tasks sometimes need to be completed within a short time.
  • Organizational Skills: You work in a structured manner and can stay calm under high workloads.
  • Self-Reliant: You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Interest in Sustainability: You are keen to contribute to sustainable practices in our hotel, such as effective waste separation.
